Barrio latino was situated on the doorstep. Nearby Le Siffleur de Ballons - grate place to chill out. We loved it.
Everything great.
-
Nice touristic places like gare de lyon were so close to the hotel. Free Wi-Fi worked well. We would definitely book again certainly.
-
The hotel was well thought out in design.
The bathroom door was see-through, so not really appropriate unless you were a couple. The reception staff varied in helpfulness; the card machine did not accept Visa payments when we checked-out, so the receptionist demanded cash and refused to notify the manager there was a fault.

Location is good. A bit out of the busy parts of Paris. English staff! The fact that you only have to check out at 12 0' clock. Good breakfasts.
The internal noise of the steps, lift, thin walls bothered us a bit.
-
The hotel was comfortable and , although a bit small, the room and Bathroom were just fine for our needs. The tv and a/c worked very well and we slept great. That's the best thing about this hotel, it is a great place from which to head out and explore this fabulous city. The Metro eas less than 5 minutes walk and there were great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Bright room colors attract insects!!!

Helpful friendy staff, hotel in quiet location close to transport and city sites,Clean comfortable accomodation
-
Nice hotel in a very beautiful corner of Paris, very nice but quite small rooms which is normal for Paris though.
Tables in the breakfast rooms are tiny, bathroom could use some shelves
-
Clever contemporary design, small room but all you need in Paris! Very close to Metro stop, supermarket across the road, and nice eatery next door. Staff very lovely and helpful, free wi fi very handy for planning the day ahead. Individual room air control for our room was great!
Glass door into the bathroom (although not see through) wasnt exactly a well sealed when closed door. Therefore as a small room all bathroom privacy from sound isnt great. Hand held shower head only, annoying for our liking.

Staff were helpfull, rooms were very clean, 10min walk from Gare d'Lyon and 2min walk from Faidherbe Chaligny metro line 8. Our overall stay was good. There is a great little pizza and pasta restaurant just near the hotel, can't remember the name but the chair colours out the front are lime green and brown, it's just near Faidherbe Chaligny metro station.
Our safe didn't work, the tv didn't work for 2 nights, the cleaning ladies were quite loud going through the narrow corridors. The rooms aren't sound proofed.

Very nice interior design, convenient location for visiting the City
Breakfast is not very rich and the breakfast room is very narrow and too full of tables
-
"Color" and "design" sum it up. The lobby (as expected) is overblown. The room was modernly furnished and, for paris, large. Booked a double at 105 Euro. At the standard rates of over 200 Euro this would be way overpriced. Free internet. Nice bed and pillows.
Hotel was under construction. Should have been informed by staff. Woken in the morning by renovation in the room across the hallway. The drawbacks to the room facilities are as noted in other reviews. Please don't use the highly movable "safe". Bathroom door is both translucent and can't be closed.

Very nice and friendly staff, beutiful rooms

The staff was great, nice rooms and the location worked well for our needs. Great local restaurant on the same street, L'Ebauchoir, worth the visit!
-
Very helpful staff, comfortable bed, nice breakfast.
Left luggage in reception wasn't well guarded - left in open cupboard and I was not asked for identification by a new member of reception staff when I went to retrieve it
